Additionally, all multi-level mechanisms are designed to withstand maximum pressing force, providing high flexibility in mold design. During mold changes, the plates can remain inside the press, eliminating the need for a die set. Furthermore, by separating the guide system from the force transmission elements, the lifespan of the mold is extended. The measurement system for each axis refers to a common reference point set at the center of the press. This allows for the automatic detection, control, and correction of the natural expansion of the press frame. It achieves extremely high repeatability without relying on pressing force. Moreover, our award-winning HMI/control system incorporates Ostwald's unique "3-stroke optimization (weight/height)." This enables operators to reduce setup time and improve yield.
